This newly renovated 3 bedroom holiday home is located across the street from Sandpiper Beach. The property is flat and grassy, ideal for volleyball or other games with the kids. The property is also close to all the major attractions: the beaches of Tribune Bay and Whaling Station, Helliwell Park, the superb mountain biking trails of Mount Geoffrey Provincial Park as well as the Co-op and Ringside Market.

The home has undergone extensive renovations over the last two years – features include maple hardwood floors throughout, new lighting fixtures and window-coverings as well as a new modern bathroom. There are three bedrooms (one king, one queen and one log bunk – single over a double) as well as a loft which has a double day bed. Linens and towels are included, although you will have to bring beach towels. The loft also contains the TV/DVD/VCR while there is a stereo in the living room downstairs. Appliances include a washer and dryer, microwave, two fridges, stove and BBQ.

This is a great holiday home for kids on a very open and sunlit property! Our friends and renters have all commented on the fresh and cozy feel of the home with the upgrades we have made. Please ask if you have any more questions.

  • Smoking outside only.
  • No campers or tents.

Rates and Availability - Weekly rentals only

We rent Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 12 am for $1,000 per week for single families
(maximum of 6)
or $1,500 for two families (maximum of 8).

A deposit of 25% is required to make a reservation
and the balance owing is due June 1.

The deposit (or total submitted) is refundable only if we can
rebook your reserved week(s).
