This beautiful recently built west coast home which is bathed in sunlight all day, is located
on a quiet street in the Sandpiper area. Just a short stroll from sandpiper beach,
it is very central to the general store, beaches, parks, trails and the community hall.

Surrounded by large flower gardens, this lovely spacious
home has a fully equipped kitchen, a very large living
area, a modern bathroom and two lovley bedrooms.		 Living room
Other amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher,
cable tv, dvd player, vcr and stereo system.
Linens are provided.

Weekly rates:

June 1-July 6 $1000.00/wk

July 6-Aug. 24 $1200/wk

Aug. 24- Sept. 15 $1000/wk

Weekly rentals run from 3pm Sunday to
11 a.m. the following Sunday

A deposit of 1/2 the rent is required upon booking. Balance owing is required by June 1.

Cancellation policy: The deposit (or total submitted) will be returned only
if we can rebook your week.

Due to the nature of the property we cannot accommodate pets.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
